Warm welcome from Joe on arrival when we went to view the Renault Captur. Joe explained the workings of the car. Joe explained in detail about the workings of the car, the history of the car and what he had done. After test driving the car we decided to purchase the Renault Captur. We went back on Monday 7th March, to pick up the car. I was surprised when entering the show room to see the car covered. i have bought a few second cars, never to find one as well as presented as this was. This was well prepared to high standard after being cleaned and valeted. After doing the paperwork, Joe explained about the paperwork, he is very through on explaining and going through it very well. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The viewing, vehicle preparation ad the handover were conducted in an extremely professional and friendly manner. The observation of the Covid rules were meticulous, which for us who are in a vulnerable group was very important. The follow up contact was the icing on the cake.
